The paper prepared by BGBC together with ADEB VBA, belfa, ba4sc, Buildwise, Embuild, Febelfin, vvsg (Life be free), UPSI/BVS & Techlink reflects a broad consensus across the construction, real estate and financial sectors and sets out pragmatic quick wins and a realistic roadmap towards greater coherence across the three Regions, in line with the revised EPBD.
