About the speakers

Bart Wallyn - LAMMP - Maximizing building capacity and user experience through SMART engineering.  Bart is an enthusiastic self-made manager who proudly worked his way up in the organization which allows me to have a very pragmatic view on the situation for clients, business partners and employees. He has high dedication to the job and hands on-mentality when necessary. As he has been engaged in customer oriented service organisations, he developed a creative approach in decision making. He is willing to take risks when others may be hesitant. He is quickly responding to crisis and change, with a strong desire for immediate results.

Michael Geelhand de Merxem - The Beacon/Smart Hub - General Manager of The Beacon. Davy van den Meerssche - Spacewell - Real Estate & Workplace Advisory. After 15 years working for national and international companies as Facilities & Real Estate manager, Davy decided to leverage his experience as a consultant. Convinced of the need for healthy and climate-neutral buildings, he took extra courses in renovation and asbestos management. As a consultant for Spacewell Advisory, he aims to have an impact on making our buildings healthier, now and for the next generations.

Dorian de Broqueville - BE Park - Coo of BePark, passionated about innovation, entrepreneurship and the startup world in general. Has a strong knowledge and interest for new technologies and cutting edge, scalable business models. Multi Talented and Fast Learner experienced in Business Développement & Product Management. Strives in an inspiring / chaotic / fast paced environment!

Rudy Moens (age: almost 65yrs). Held various positions on executive and senior management level in Sales & Service Operations, HRM, Marketing  Communication, ICT in the banking & insurance industry and logistics. He joined bpost in 2003 where he was until 2016 responsible for the retail network. Until end of March this year, he led over the past 5 years the Service Operations & Real Estate activities.  Since he retire this year, he decided to take a step back and he focus on delivering and moving the new bpost HQ by the end of this year to the MULTI in Brussels.
